OFFICIAL RULES

    1.    SPONSOR

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Duck Duck Goose Tees LLC (“Sponsor”).

    2.    ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

    3.    PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Promotion Period”).

All eligible entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

    4.    HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRIES

Participants receive entries through eligible merchandise purchases made from:

• In-person purchases through Duck Duck Goose Tees LLC
• Custom apparel and merchandise orders

ENTRY VALUES

Every $1 spent on merchandise = one (1) entry.

Taxes and shipping fees do not count toward entries.

B. FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)

Participants may enter for free by completing ALL of the following:

• Like the official giveaway Facebook post.
• Share the official giveaway post.
• Tag three friends in the comments.
• Follow all required tagged pages listed in the pinned post.

Completion of all steps equals one (1) free entry into the giveaway.

Limit one free entry per person/social media account unless otherwise stated.

    5.    PRIZES AND WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES

GRAND PRIZE — Winner’s choice of:

A 2026 CFMOTO U10XL Pro side-by-side with a brand-new 14-foot trailer.

Total approximate retail value of the side-by-side and trailer package: $26,000.

OR

$10,000 cash, awarded instead of the side-by-side and trailer package.

SECOND PRIZE — Yeti 105 cooler and Turtlebox Gen 3.

THIRD PRIZE — $500 in-store credit at Duck Duck Goose Tees.

Prizes are non-transferable. Except for the expressly offered grand-prize cash alternative, prizes may not be exchanged for cash unless determined by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an unavailable prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

WINNER EXPENSES AND DELIVERY

Each winner is solely responsible for all costs related to acceptance and use of their prize that are not expressly included in these Official Rules.

For the side-by-side and trailer grand prize, these costs and delivery arrangements include:

(a) The winner is responsible for any title, licensing, registration, inspection, or other requirements imposed by the winner’s jurisdiction of residence;

(b) The winner is responsible for any upgrades, accessories, or options not included in the awarded side-by-side and trailer package;

(c) The winner is responsible for insurance, fuel, maintenance, repairs, storage, and other operating expenses; and

(d) Sponsor will arrange and pay for delivery of the side-by-side and trailer to the winner within the eligible 48 contiguous United States. The winner remains responsible for any expenses associated with preparing the prize for initial use that are not expressly included.

WINNER TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize received.

Sponsor will report prizes to the Internal Revenue Service and provide winners with IRS Form 1099-MISC when required by applicable law. Reporting will reflect the prize actually awarded: the reportable fair market value of the side-by-side and trailer package if selected, or $10,000 if the cash alternative is selected.

Upon request, a winner must provide Sponsor or its designated representative with a completed and signed IRS Form W-9, including a valid Social Security Number or other applicable Taxpayer Identification Number.

Winners agree to cooperate with all legally required tax-reporting and withholding requirements.

Tax information must be submitted directly through the secure method designated by Sponsor, not through public comments or posts.

WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, concerning any prize, including its condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

This provision does not limit any applicable manufacturer’s warranty or rights that cannot legally be waived.

    6.    WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected on December 24, 2026, during a live random wheel drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries remaining in each drawing. Each eligible entry will receive equal weight in the drawing, regardless of entry method.

The grand-prize drawing will take place first. After the grand-prize winner is selected, all entries belonging to that winner will be removed from the wheel. The grand-prize winner will not be eligible to win any additional prizes.

Other participants remain eligible to win multiple prizes.

All selections are subject to eligibility verification and completion of required documentation.

    7.    WINNER NOTIFICATION AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Potential winners may be contacted by phone, email, or social media, or announced live during the drawing.

A potential winner must respond within 72 hours of Sponsor’s notification attempt. Selection does not establish a right to receive a prize until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.

Before receiving a prize, each potential winner must provide all documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility, complete the prize transfer, and comply with applicable law. This may include:

• Valid government-issued identification and proof of age and residency;

• A completed and signed IRS Form W-9, when required;

• An eligibility affidavit, prize-acceptance acknowledgment, and liability/publicity release, where permitted by law; and

• Any documents legally required to transfer the side-by-side and trailer, if that prize is selected.

Sponsor will communicate the deadline for returning required documentation in the winner notification.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, fails to provide required documentation by the communicated deadline, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner.

    8.    PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    9.    GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
• Technical or platform malfunctions;
• Printing or typographical errors; or
• Unauthorized intervention.

    10.    RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Duck Duck Goose Tees LLC, its affiliates, employees, sponsors, and partners from liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived.

    11.    SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

To the extent permitted by law, participants release Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from liability arising from this Promotion.

    12.    AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
